Concentric-Only Training: A unique (and sometimes polarizing) aspect is that the resistance is almost entirely concentric. This means it’s "hard" when you pull but offers little resistance on the way back. This reduces muscle soreness (DOMS) but isn't ideal for traditional bodybuilding where eccentric loading is preferred.
Silent Operation: Because there are no clanking weight stacks, it is exceptionally quiet—perfect for apartments or early-morning sessions.
Live Stats: Includes a Watts meter and a Bluetooth chest strap to monitor power output and heart rate accurately.
